The Caferacer HUB team makes every effort to dispatch and deliver the parcels as quickly as possible while taking into account the WHO recommendations concerning the hygiene measures which must be taken.
However, our teams and those of the postal services being in reduced manpower, it is possible that the delivery times are extended.
Production and shipping are running smoothly but please note that the tracking of packages is disrupted. Packages are delivered but are no longer systematically flashed by the courrier, the tracking indicates in this case "incorrect tracking number" or "shipment information received".
Also, and in these exceptional circumstances, we ask you not to saturate our customer service regarding delivery delays.
